Charley Earley

Charley Joe Earley, 81 of Enfield, died Tuesday morning January 7, 2014 at his home. He was born July 3, 1932 in Duncan, OK the son of Henry Richard and Ora Ellen (Lawson) Earley. He married Betty Todd on November 10, 1951 at Henrietta, OK.

Charley retired as a welder from B&W in Mt. Vernon, IN. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; 2 sons, David Earley of Evansville, IN and Robert (Stephanie) Earley of Olney; 1 daughter, Peggy (Dickey) Mobley of Enfield; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 children, Stephen Earley and Betty Jo Martin; and brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday January 9, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield. Private services will be held. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
