Charles Albert Holtzclaw, 72, of Mc Clure, IL died Monday, September 15, 2014 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.
He was born Saturday, November 26, 1941 in Maunie, IL to Rev. Albert and Mary McKenzie Holtzclaw .

He and Mary Joyce Niswonger were married December 21, 1962 at Jackson,MO. Charles was retired from Southern Electric Co-op in Dongola, IL

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon [Randy] Smith, of East Cape Girardeau; a son, Michael [Karen] Holtzclaw, of Cape Girardeau; two sisters; Betty
Shepard, of Bushnell, FL, and Rebecca Holtzclaw of Nashville, TN. Grandsons: Chad [Beth] Holtzclaw, and Tyler Holtzclaw; Granddaughters: Lauren Cladis,
Whitnie Smith, and Macie Smith; great grandchildren:Drake and Tatum Holtzclaw. Charles attended First Pentecostal Church in Cape Girardeau, Mo

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Carol Holtzclaw, sister Marilyn Holtzclaw, and granddaughter Malorie Smith.

Friends may call Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Ford and Sons Funeral Home Sprigg Street Chapel.
Funeral services will be Thursday September 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Faire officiating.

There will be visitation and funeral services at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi, IL Friday, September 19, 2014, with visitation from 11:00 AM
to service time 1:00 PM.
Burial will be at White County Memorial Gardens in Carmi IL .

Memorial contributions may be given to First Pentecostal Church of Cape
Girardeau, MO
