Brenda Youngblood

Brenda K. Youngblood, 70, of Carmi, passed away at 12:48 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at her residence. She was born December 9, 1946 in Norris City, IL the daughter of Roy T. and Opal (Hoskins) May.  She was a nurses aide at Carmi Hospital.

Brenda is survived by two sons, Phillip Youngblood and Nicholas Jennings both of Carmi; and two brothers, Gerald (Anna Belle) May of Carmi and Darrell May of Norris City. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Roy Jr., Bill and Frankie May; and two sisters, Barbara Murdach and Carolyn Walters.

Services will be private. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
