Brenda Berry

Brenda Berry age 69 of Evansville, IN formerly of Carmi and Maunie, IL died May 29, 2019 of pancreatic cancer. Brenda was born Brenda Frymire on January 26, 1950 in Carmi, IL.

Survivors include sisters, Marilyn Maughn, of Carmi, IL and Vonda Sturgal, of Springerton, IL. Brothers include, Thomas Frymire, of New Whiteland, IN, John L. Frymire and Lee Frymire, both of Carmi and Lee Marion Frymire (Naomi), of Evansville, IN. Children, Scott Coale, of Evansville, Melissa Healy (Doug), of Norris City, IL and Beth Taylor, of Evansville. Grandchildren, Alexa Ridgway, of Evansville, Jacob Healy, of Carmi, Emily Healy, of Harrisburg, IL, Hunter Taylor, Ryan Taylor and Ben Taylor, all of Evansville, IN.

Brenda's hobbies included working in her garden and finding deals at yard sales. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was proud of all their accomplishments. She liked Little House on the Prairie, crochet doilies, listening to music from the 50's and 60's and reading Westerns.

Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Berry. Parents, Beulah Sanders and Loren Frymire both of Carmi. Sisters, Loretta Frymire, of Maunie, Daisy Wilson, of Columbia, MO and Connie Heckler, of Bay St. Louis, MS. Brothers, John M. Frymire, Loren Murrell (Huck) Frymire and Alan Brand, all of Carmi.

A memorial graveside and burial service for Brenda Berry, will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Big Prairie Cemetery in Carmi. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Memorial contributions, may be made in Brenda's memory to the Linda E. White Hospice House and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of local arrangements.
