Betty Thorpe

Betty Lou Thorpe, 70 of Enfield, passed away Friday afternoon May 1, 2015 at her home. She was born December 8, 1944 in Chicago, the daughter of Walter and Adrian (Clerk) Pryor. She was married to James Thorpe.

Betty had worked in security at the Hollywood Riverboat Casino in Aurora. She was a member of the American Legion, Amvets and V.F.W. Auxiliaries.

She is survived by her husband Jim; two sons, Darren Andrew Norris of Big Rock, and Charles Daniel Norris of Aurora; one daughter, Adrian Rose Norris of Dale; five grandchildren, Christopher and Lisa Long, Allyssa, Jordan and Charles Norris III.
