Betty Parker

Betty Lou Parker, 74, of Whittier CA, passed away at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Alamitos West Healthcare Center in Los Alamitos, CA. She was born in Hudson, MA on September 17, 1943 the daughter of Everett Milborn and Bernice (Piper) West. Betty married Louis Franklin Parker on October 13, 1962 and he preceded her in death on December 30, 1997. She was the owner of Betty's Daycare for 36 years.
Betty is survived by her son, Richard Keith (Andrea) Parker, two grandchildren; Danielle Marie and Franklin Keith of Whittier, CA; three brothers, John, Bruce and Donald West; two sisters, Janie Eisens, Ruth Hust and 35 plus nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Bernice West, her husband, Louis Parker, two brothers, Kenny West, Roy West and five sisters, Norma Bosquet, Grace Stein, Donna Nuetzell,Judith Herbert and Sandra Fuentes.
Services will be private with burial in North Maple Ridge Cemetery. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
