Audrey Wood

Audrey Wood, 96, of Mt. Vernon, died on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at her home. She was born August 12, 1918 the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Bradley) Stallman and was married to Kenneth Wood, on July 25, 1970 at the First Baptist Church in Mount Vernon. Audrey was employed at Mead Johnson for 33 years and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; 1 son Glenn (Betty) Stallman; 2 grandchildren Selena (Rick) Denning and Shelly (Greg) Owens and 4 grandchildren Montana Eaton, Gabe Owens, Whitney and Kamey Denning.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Monday, November 17, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 16 from 3pm to 5 pm. Burial will be in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
