Anna V. “Bonnie” Clark, 89 of Enfield, passed away Tuesday afternoon November 18, 2014 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. She was born on July 25, 1925 in Enfield, the daughter of Raleigh T. and Hazel (McLain) Storey. She married Cupel Woodrow Clark on March 17, 1946 in Enfield and he preceded her in death on February 28, 1994.

Mrs. Clark had been a cook at Booth Grade School. She was a member of the “Red Hat Ladies”. She attended Enfield United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Cupel L. & Carolyn Clark of Carmi, Curtis Lee Clark of Tuscaloosa, AL, Greg & Beth Clark of Carmi; one daughter and son-in-law, Trena & Jim Whitley of Enfield; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Treva Price and brother-in-law Charles Langford, both of Evansville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Terry Robert Clark; four brothers, Robert, Dorsey, John “Buddy” and Donald; and two sisters, Evelyn “Dean” Arvin and Pat Langford.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Enfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
