Angie Flowers

Angie Renee Flowers, 27, of Carmi, passed away at 6:34 am, on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at St. Louis University Hospital in St Louis, MO. She was born in Evansville, IN on April 7, 1989 the daughter of Gary Randall  Flowers and Vickie Lynn (Sanders) Fulkerson. Angie loved her dogs Nova and Red. She enjoyed swimming, going fishing, spending time at the river, cruising the countryside, being outside, growing tomato plants and listening to music. Angie was of Christian faith and believed in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

Angie is survived by her parents, Vickie (Sanders) Fulkerson of Crossville and Gary Flowers of Carmi; two sons, Phillip Schmittler of Crossville and Jesse Flowers; boyfriend, Robert Spoonemore of Carmi three sisters, Amy Flowers of Carmi, April Stephens of Crossville, and Jennie (Jason) Woodrow of Norris City; brother, Randy Flowers of Carmi; grandmother, Edith Flowers of Eldorado; a great-grandmother Lucille Vines of Carmi; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Larry and Ginger Sanders, her grandfather, Alton Flowers and her great-grandfather, Luther Vines.

Graveside funeral services for Angie Renee Flowers, 27, of Carmi will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Kuykendall Cemetery in Carmi. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
