Angela Woolsey

Angela L. Woolsey, age 52 of Mount Vernon, died Tuesday evening October 15, 2013 at her home. She was born October 20, 1960 at Fargo, ND, the daughter of Lorne and Margaret (McGill) Nelson. She married Darryl Woolsey on May 16, 1981 in Terre Haute.

Angela worked as the Technology Integration Specialist at the Mt. Vernon School District. She had a special attraction to all animals, especially horses; but Angela’s husband and children were the love of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Darryl; 2 sons, Eric Woolsey of St. Louis and Dan (Jaqulyn) Woolsey of Evansville; 1 daughter, Brenna (Brice Owens) Woolsey of Lafayette; her mother, Margaret Nelson of Evansville; 2 brothers, Randy Nelson of Terre Haute and Joel (Kim) Nelson of Bloomington; 4 sisters, Linda (Mel) Roth of Terre Haute, Debbie Nelson of Denver, CO, Denise and Ralph Lowe of New Harmony and Lorna and David Nielson of Valparaiso.

Memorial services will be held at Noon on Saturday October 19, 2013 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St., Mt. Vernon. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
