Amy Lee (Ashley) Brunkow, 32, of Olney, IL, passed away at 1:34pm, Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. She was born in Mt. Carmel, IL on May 14, 1984 the daughter of Chong Hui Kim. Amy married Zefram Kyle Brunkow on March 12, 2010. She was a 2002 graduate of Grayville High School. Amy worked as a sales rep at D. Lawless Hardware in Olney.
Amy is survived by her husband Zef Brunkow of Olney; mother, Chong Hui "Kim" Parker of Mt. Carmel; mother-in-law, Trevadell Brunkow of Norris City; sisters, Christina Woolsey of Springfield, IL and Teresa Denham of Princeton, IN; and an aunt, Teresa Weaver of Carmi. Amy was preceded in death by her grandparents, A.W. and Mary Lou Ashley.
Memorial service for Amy Lee Brunkow, 32, of Olney, will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Burial will be in White County Memorial Garden in Carmi. Visitation will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 after 1:00 pm at Campbell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Amy's memory to Campbell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
