Alma “Virginia” Zastrow was born on April 12, 1939 and went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2007 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville Indiana at the age of 68.

Virginia was born in Baraboo, WI to the late Theodore and Alma “Plunkett” Zastrow.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Velma Zastrow.

She will be missed and remembered by many friends and family, including her direct care staff Melissa, Jessica, Dawnita, Beth, Brandi, Britney, Sherry, Wendy, Louis, Charlie, Mar-Dee, Tammy, and Krista. Her Roomates: Linda, Larry, Sharon, Stanley, Rose, and Debra.

Virginia was employed at New Horizons Industries, with plans to retire in April. She loved reading and writing letters. She will be remembered for her very active imagination, and her incredibly loving demeanor and smile.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00am Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Austin Funeral Home, with Reverend Tom Buffington officiating. Burial will be in Community Cemetery in Paoli Indiana.

Friends may call from 5:00- 8:00pm on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at Austin Funeral Home, 1330 E. 4th Street, Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
